Qualifications
For the last 25 years, Mr. Crispin has provided leadership in the Technology and Business Management fields. Industries include Defense, Education, Telecommunications and IT. His responsibilities ranged from Strategic Planning to Implementation and Operations. His Company has harnessed that experience and skills to help companies plan and execute strategy, divestment, and mergers and acquisitions.
Graham received his Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Communications/Electronics from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in 1982 that degree is equivalent to a BSEE in the United States with a double major in Communications and Electronics. He was awarded the Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Adelaide in 1992 with a focus on International Business and Technology.
He has served in the Australian Air Force as an Engineering Officer, Systems Engineer and Program Controller for a Defense Research Division, Operations for a startup Post graduate International Training and Education company, Program and Project Manager for Large IT projects and most recently Business Broker and Regional Director of Murphy in North Carolina.
Mr. Crispin has also served as Vice-Chairman on the Information Industries Training Advisory Board of the State of South Australia.
He is currently a Committee Member of the Capital City Club and Cardinal Club - Business Alliance, member of the Institution of Electrical and Electronic Engineers. He is a former Lieutenant Governor of Carolinas Kiwanis Division 28, a Board Member and Finance Committee member of the Carolinas Kiwanis District President of Cary Kiwanis and Vice Chairman of its Education Trust, Distinguished former President and of Cary Toastmasters.
Graham is a regular presenter on business transition topics to professional organizations such as the CPA Law Forum. His forthcoming book on Exit Strategy Planning recognizes the dynamics of wealth creation, the conflicting perspectives of the owner as an individual and entrepreneur.
